Dear Jin Ree,

I have purchased an iron gate from your company “Chung iron works”. After installation six months have eaten passed and we are suffering some issues. The problem that we are facing is that the height of these Iron Gate does not match. This gate got stuck too and takes too much load while opening, closing and locking the gate too. The other factor is that when we have purchased that iron doors then these doors was painted but after some days the paint of these door get into rusted. These gates are complied in a store and the owner of the store claimed twice a day while opening or closing of his shop. Before completing the warranty period there are numerous issues that have been found in the gate and in this concern we can claim the services at free of cost for the repairing.

With this letter I have to claim that these gates have a warranty of one year and now only six month have been passed and we have observed some issues. So I request you to come and examine the gate and solve the problem as it is being stuck at the opening as well as closing time. To record the formal claim and the unavailability of email in Chunk iron works I have to write a claim letter referred to your company. I appreciated the work of Chunk iron work and have been supposed that my issue will be solved as soon as possible.

Thank you for your precious time and consideration
