My thoughts 

Hilton is one of “the most hospitable company in the world”, but I believe they should be able to continue to strive that they are the best. By experience, I know Hilton can be a bit expensive, so in order to continue to keep their guests happy is to continue working on the HHonors program. On the other hand, I believe they should continue to strive to have a high values.
