Leaders need many traits and often times a leader in one industry needs a skill set entirely different from a leader in another industry. However, these three personality traits I believe build a good leader regardless of industry.

Listening Skills- A good leader needs to understand that you learn more when listening than when talking.

Shining in Ambiguity- A good leader can handle the unexpected, and often times can find a way to turn those unforeseen things into opportunities.
