SQL:

Advantages: It is considered to be a high speed solution. It has established standards that are followed by all SQL database developers. It also does not require a huge amount of code and much can be done with comparatively less code.

Disadvantages: The main disadvantage of SQL is difficult when it comes to interfacing. The development of SQL is not community driven. Instead it is owned by a corporate.

NoSQL:

Advantages: It is compatible with big data applications. It has auto repair capabilities. Disadvantages: It is less mature compared to other databases. It has less support available in case something goes wrong with it.

MS Access:

Advantages: MS Access is easy to install and integrate. It saves time and money in comparison to developing a database system yourself.

Disadvantages: It is difficult to publish files online form Access, in other words, its static friendly. Access limits concurrent users to 255.
