SAK’s: While supervising the uncertain times I usually follow the following:

Skills: I have a skill of training the people working under me efficiently. I have a skill of creating good relations. I have a skill of maintaining and managing the responsibilities at the right time.

Abilities: I have a ability to understand others feelings and emotions I can guide the people to the best path as far as I know I have an ability of judgment of the things happening around and that is why I manage the situation accordingly.

Knowledge: I have a vast knowledge of management I have done many researches on the knowledge of supervisory I have knowledge of leadership and the ways to guide the employees.
