These skills especially being optimistic that is with a positive attitude a person can lead to generating a positive outcome for the business. An optimistic leader is always ready to help others, provide a solution to problems and always avoid criticism and negative thinking at the workplace.  The core objective is to encourage others continuously for the sake of maintaining a good environment for the work and to achieve positive results.  Her characteristic to encourage other and work commitment turns out in the form of best results.

Her interpersonal skills like social responsibility, eagerness to work and her open-minded characteristics made her adaptable to change help to eliminate the negativity exists at the workplace. Her self-confidence brings a strong tone in speaking and contributes to making her well-confident while making decisions. Whenever there is a confident leader, employee naturally pulled towards such a leader for the seeking advice and can communicate any issue they are facing with the work.

Jovita Carranza has served the UPS almost at every position. She would from ground-up and have learned through the journey. She started at UPS as a part-time clerk with a high level of commitment and strong work ethics. Due to her commitment, she was provided with new opportunities, and she took full advantage of these opportunities. She not only goes through multiple experiences that she faced during the job enrichment, but also she also takes into account the influence as well as consequences of these results. In each position, she had learned, grow wiser, experienced and get more insight into the business operations of UPS. Her attitude of taking experience extends herself beyond her limits.

However, knowledge and experience she gained from challenges allowed her to perform well at a high level. Jovita Carranza ability to reflect and observed and grow with the leadership experience and contribute to made her an effective leader. She learned to deal with the employees at a different position of the firm and knowledge about the business help her to lead.
