In order to evaluate the performance of teamwork for top management, one can look at the leadership and the way the team present the company or project. Usually in presentation, public press releases and appearances, the audience can tell who is the leader and the style of the leader. Furthermore, the roles of the team member emerge in presentation of the projects or new products. Often times, just by observing these presentations and appearances, the outsiders can figure out the organizational structure and leadership in the top management team.
