When should marketers improve websites?

How does a marketer know when a site should simply be improved upon and when it should be completely redesigned and relaunched?

It is difficult to provide a definitive answer to this question, as there are specific issues involved. One of which is technical, like for instance new sites that are not scalable since its establishment, therefore eliminating any possibility for easy revision and will require starting from scratch instead. To improve the role of sites in customer service, continuous improvement, and letting the customers of such improvements, may be necessary.

When a consumer is not able to find what they need a webpage. If a consumer is not successful at pulling up a webpage or navigating through it then it might be time to upgrade the website. When I was online trying to buy tickets the page was so confusing to look through I ended up going through another business because I didn’t want to waste my time trying to find a page that was non existent.
