Slide 2: We live in an era where homes are becoming smart homes. Smart homes does not require human labor in turning on and off electronic devices. Instead all the electronic devices like lighting, air conditioning and heating etc. are controlled by the home owner’s mobile application. These mobile applications can communicate to these devices through Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Or even when the home owner is away, these applications can communicate to the smart home through internet.
Slide 3: Homes started to become smart at the start of 1900’s when engine powered vacuum was introduced. In 1966, ECHO 4 was invented that could automatically turn off and on a home’s heating system. This product was never commercially sold though. All this went on till now where we can use our mobiles and tablets to control our homes.
