Assume that you applied for a job and were asked to take a personality test, like the one offered by Kronos. How would you react? Would you view the organization with which you were applying in a more or less favorable light? Why?

The purpose of personality tests is to tell you more about your personality. For example I took the big 5 personality test and I provided me with much information about my personality. Therefore, I think that organizations should make personality test a part of their induction processes so that they know who they are hiring personality wise. I would feel good about it and would like to see the results of the test.
