Four Season Hotels have used different strategies on the international level that provided it with the competitive edge they needed. First thing is that they prioritized their customers. They were the first one to use a cotton towel in their rooms/bathrooms as others were using a towel of low quality.
Another strategy they utilized was to build mid-sized hotels in most of the major financial hubs of the world. Four Seasons was able to form relationships with small and big investors in these financial hums. Some of these investors invested in Four Seasons while others remain their customers.
