All these are good strategies for fostering goal commitment. After I studied all of them, I had to take some time to select one to be better than the others. I came up with the conclusion that participation is the most effective strategy among all. In any organization, human resource is the most important resource. If an organization has the highest technology but its human resource does not participate in the organizational activities to their fullest capacity, the organization may not have a smooth run towards its organizational goals. Managers have to adopt different strategies where they can make sure that the human resource participates in different organizational activities and learn from each other. This will open new and effective ways of communication inside an organization.
