What memory techniques work best? How can you apply those techniques to your study practices?
For me, test best working memory technique is mediation/ bridging. This technique is very simple to be applied on any kind of study as it involves bridging the major components of the study. If there are a number of world pairs are involved in the study, then it be applied in the forms of only memorizing word pairs and their associated events. For instance, if the study material includes the information about the events of First World War that begun from Germany’s attack on Poland, then it will be memorized as Poland SAW War first.
