What steps will you take to identify key priorities in the work-life balance issues?
If I had to identify key priorities in work life balance issues I would ask a bunch of different people for their perspectives, through a survey. This would help me determine what issues may arise in the work field. After receiving responses I would find out which things are problems to multiple people who took the survey. This would help identify problems that are prevalent and reoccurring. Once the key priorities are identified I will be able to look at them more in depth and determine why they are priorities and how to affect them.
