A multinational firm needs to rely heavily on good communication between teams. They are often working on the same project but separated by many miles and different societal norms. While it can be challenging to place faith in someone else’s work it is necessary in order to ensure an efficient and effective team. When there is a lack of trust and communication teams will ultimately suffer in productivity and often times create more stress for themselves as they are constantly checking the work.
