Does corporate culture make any real difference to employees on a day-to-day basis? Why or why not? Provide specific examples.
Yes. Company culture is very important to a business and it’s employees on a day to day basis. Company culture is essentially how the company does its day to day operations, and how the work environment is. If the work culture is very uptight and serious some employees may not be able to do their best work. If the environment is more relaxed and less stressful the employee’s may be able to work better. However, there must be balance between too rigid and too relaxed, and the employees need to be held accountable.
