Joint Application Design or simply JAD is the modern way of interviewing. It is an innovative technique which can benefit the system analyst by designing an integrated system where the need of a user are assessed simultaneously with the process of getting feedback from the human resources working at the design and production departments of an organization. In my opinion JAD is a better solution than personal organizational interview because it make use of utilizes a joint setting of the users and the designing team which could clarify many unanswered questions on the spot.
