Discuss the STROBE technique to observe and interpret a decision maker’s environment and interaction with technologies.
STROBE or structured Observation of the Environment is a techniques that is used to observe the environment in which the decision is made. Usually it refers to the organizational environment. I t includes the location of the place where the decisions are made, the desk where the decision makers come, stationary in the office , props, external objects, office lighting and clothing.
Technologies are becoming an important aspect of the decision. STROBE also observes and takes into consideration the different kinds of technologies that are a part of the decision making environment.
