The objectives of a system input design are to be accurate, usable, consistent, simple and effective. What the actual output would be is defined by what the actual input is and how it has been designed.

There are variety of ways in which a system analysts can fulfil the design input objectives. They can conduct surveys on paper and or online to get user say in the input design.
