Looking at the Feedback handouts, name two things you were specifically reminded of or learned.
One of the first thing that I learned from the handouts is the difference between feedback and feedforward. Feedback is when you provide your suggestions or point of view about the events that happened in the past while feedback refers to what can be done in the future to make improvements.
The second thing that I learned is the effective use of the exercise to try and change a behavior. The exercise last for around 10 to 15 minutes and is based on the principles of feedforward to change an undesired behavior.
