Compare information-oriented culture and relationship-oriented culture using examples.

Information oriented cultures are more focused on the utility of the information and technology that is managed in a way to get maximum productivity. For example American culture is based on information and technology where different business processes are controlled primarily based on information systems.

Relationship-oriented cultures on the other hand are based on the bonding between different employees and group members. The goals are accomplished through relationships. Japanese, African and Middle Eastern cultures are prime examples of relationship-oriented cultures.
